Orders & Acceptance

An order is accepted when we send an order confirmation email. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order for any reason (suspected fraud, pricing errors, inventory issues). In such cases you'll be refunded in full.

Pricing & Payment

U.S.-market prices are in USD. Prices can change at any time without notice. Payment is processed at checkout through the shopping cart. We accept major credit cards.

Shipping & Delivery

See our Shipping policy for market-specific costs and coverage. U.S. orders have free standard shipping. Nothing in these terms removes statutory delivery rights.

Returns & Warranty

See our Returns policy for details. 30-day return window, 1-year manufacturing defect warranty.

Intellectual Property

All content on taysports.com (images, text, logos, product designs) is owned by Eco Walker or licensed to us. You may not copy, distribute, or reproduce content without written permission. Fair-use quotations with attribution are generally welcome for reviews and coaching content.

User Content

If you submit a review, drill idea, or other content to us, you grant Eco Walker a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use it for marketing and product development, with attribution where appropriate.

Limitation of Liability

Eco Walker's liability for any product is limited to the purchase price paid. We are not liable for indirect, consequential, or incidental damages arising from product use. Nothing in these terms limits liability for gross negligence or willful misconduct.
