U.S. orders are fulfilled from U.S. stock. For international bulk orders, delivery arrangements are confirmed in the quotation.
Delivery Times
U.S. standard delivery normally arrives in 2-5 business days after dispatch. Delivery estimates are not guarantees.
Tracking
A tracking number is emailed to you when your order is dispatched. Carrier and delivery timing depend on the market and fulfilment route.

Shopping-cart checkout serves U.S. delivery addresses. For other destinations or bulk orders, contact bulk@taysports.com.
Shipping Cost
Standard shipping is free on all U.S. orders. International bulk delivery charges are quoted in writing before payment.
Large & Bulk Orders
Orders of 10+ goals or 50+ markers may ship via freight, depending on volume. You'll receive a freight delivery appointment by phone before arrival. For quote and scheduling, contact bulk@taysports.com.
Damaged or Missing Packages
If your package arrives damaged, photograph the damage before opening and email support@taysports.com within 48 hours. We replace damaged products at our cost. Missing packages: contact us with the tracking number and we'll open an investigation with the carrier.
